Our office can effectively manage your residential income property. Standard procedures are in place to handle both routine items and those emergency situations that come up at less than convenient hours! We know how to effectively deal with problem tenants and tenant’s problems, assuring your peace of mind. Advertising & Promotion

Our partnership with AppFolio allows us to advertise your property across multiple venues including Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com and much more. It will also be posted on this website, in print and on the multiple listing feed if desired.

Property Maintenance

We are on call 24-7, 365 days a year! We will coordinate all necessary repairs and maintenance for your property using a list of vendors established over many years. Vendors are all independent and carry their own liability insurance. We also perform periodic interior/exterior inspections and will share the inspection report and applicable photos with you, accessed through your owner portal.

Statements & Financials

Stay informed through your Owner Portal. Access financial statements, documents, or even send & receive funds from the palm of your hand.

Tenant Screening/Leasing

Credit report, FICO score and FULL background investigation including; convictions, evictions, sex offender status, current and past rental history and employment verification. We will review all prospective applicants with the owner for their final approval.
